For 8 years at Brother Design Paula headed the creative team that took the Pams private label brand, owned by Foodstuffs, to new heights. She is an expert in branding and FMCG packaging design, with the vision and imagination to spot a great idea a mile off. With over 25 years experience Paula truly understands the importance of brand personality and establishing an emotional connection with consumers, abilities which helped make Pams the success story it is today.
Paula has won numerous design awards for her work, including Dieline Gold, Pentawards Gold, Best Awards Gold Pin and Vertex Awards Best in Show. She has also judged the Chicago-based Vertex Private Label Awards for six years, as well as the Australian Skulls advertising and design awards, based in Perth.
When not at Brother, Paula is mum to two young boys and has a passion for mid-century furniture, which she began collecting when she lived and worked in New York.
